For years, I struggled in finding and owning my voice, trusting my intuition, and ultimately undervaluing the experiences and skills I had accrued yet felt weren't enough to create impact. One day at a time, remaining committed to the process and unfolding of my unique healing journey (which started with Reiki), my magnificence started to brighten.
The narcissistic relationship I had been attracting ended, as I identified and expressed my needs, loving myself in a whole new capacity while also meeting in 2017 my now, husband.
I found the safety and confidence to also step away from the overwhelm, burn-out and stress cultivated for YEARS while working in Corporate and come back into association and connection with my body to heal.
I've been blessed to be in a position and have the privilege through this commitment to create a multi 6-figure coaching + healing business in less than 18-months, going full-time in February 2021.
During the past three (3) years, implementing, learning and evolving, my journey has brought me back, full-circle, serving executives and visionary leaders who are also business owners dedicated to enhancing engagement, retention, and strengthening their mental resilience, ensuring that burnout doesn't stand a chance. Collaborating with business owners, leadership, and senior management teams, I assist in designing and implementing strategies for greater inclusivity, embracing a holistic approach that honours all lived experiences.
Now, more than ever, leaders must be self-aware, self-regulating, and fully present for their teams and business partners. 🖤
Always having a very practical and business focus, it wasn't until I began to look within for my answers for the very first time in my life. In turning within, I was able to find the happiness and the love that had been waiting there for me all along.
I began receiving guidance and revelations from my heart that put the puzzle pieces of my journey together, leading me to step into my new paradigm more authentic and elevated than ever before.
This is what happens.
The moment we're ready and willing, the Universe conspires for us and begins to create a new, higher, brighter path leading us into the light out of the darkness. In order to come back to the light, we have to face our fears.

Like any classic overachiever, I hold certifications as a Polyvagal-Informed practitioner, Life & Success Coach, Hypnotherapist, Neural Energetic Encoding, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. I also possess a diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
Alongside my Reiki Mastery, I have my degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.
